Initially at the meeting, teacher Lu Fei gave a lecture with the theme of ‘Identification and Intervention of Students' Psychological Crises’, who introduced the concept of psychological crisis, the causes of psychological crisis, and the common forms of psychological crisis of middle school students. In the meantime, Lu Fei pointed out to the head teachers that there are signs of psychological crises, the main signals of which are manifested in speech, behavior, emotion and cognition. Therefore, we should pay attention to the situation of students, detect the signals of students' psychological crises in time, and conduct early detection and timely prevention. After the training, Executive Vice Principal Liu Bing asked all departments to attach great significance to and continue to learn mental health education in that all departments were supposed to strengthen the skills training of head teachers and class psychology committee members, so as to find and deal with problems in a timely manner.
